Product title
Lipsticks in the form of sweets and dummies.
Product description
The products are lipsticks, one in the form of a sweet that smells of fruit and another in the form of a child’s dummy. They are sold individually and are placed on sale in packaging that looks like that used for sweets. The information on the label is in various languages.
The product poses a risk of choking because, due to its characteristic form, appearance, colour and size, the product may be mistaken for a foodstuff. This may lead children to put them into their mouths and swallow them, which could entail the risk of asphyxia or obstruction of the digestive tract. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
