Novelty lighters in the form of a watch with flashing lights and a compass. When the top cover is opened to ignite the lighter, the lights begin to flash. The watch is marked with the inscription: “SanZhi Guartz”. 3. Novelty lighters of various colours in the form of a lipstick with a pendant. The lighters are packed in cardboard boxes with the inscription: “Lighter Raythor”.

Risk

The products pose a risk of burns because they are attractive to children, especially those under 51 months of age. The products do not comply with the Commission Decision 2006/502 EC prohibiting the placing on the market of novelty lighters.
